Because our products are personalized and made to order, all custom items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
However, we stand behind our work.
If your item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
To help resolve the issue quickly, please include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• A photo of the item
We do not accept returns due to:
• Spelling errors submitted by the customer
• Change of mind after production begins
• Normal variations in wood, leatherette, or engraved finishes
